Schubert at the drinktec in Munich, Germany

Crailsheim, Germany. At the drinktec 2009 Gerhard Schubert GmbH will once again be presenting the TLM packaging machine system as modified for the beverage industry.  TLM packaging machines are already used very successfully in many areas of the packaging industry.

Packaging machines need to become more and more flexible.  Consequently, robots and robot technology are increasingly being used.

It has been shown that flexibility results when mechanical components are reduced, functions are transferred into the machine’s software and product-specific functions are integrated within interchangeable tooling.

The Schubert TLM packaging machines available on the market since 2002 have been developed in keeping with this concept.

Visitors to the exhibition are able to inform themselves as to the latest status on TLM packaging technology. Automatic tool change over will be available for all TLM packaging machines within the next 2 years. The development process is currently in full swing.
